Assistant Landscape Superintendent

Be part of an award-winning landscape team at On Top of the World Communities, LLC. The Assistant Landscape Superintendent assist the Director of Landscape Operations with landscape maintenance and contract management of sales paths, community buildings, subdivisions, residential landscape maintenance and community common area landscapes and irrigation systems.  The position also includes the planning, design, and oversight of the landscape site development.  This position is responsible for the oversight, design and installation of residential irrigation and landscape packages including contractor adherence to water management district and water supply regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture or related field preferred or a minimum 5 years’ experience in landscape maintenance and/or installation.
